The Service

TeamOS is a team management, networking, and AI mentor platform for founders and startup teams. It includes workspaces for team chat, direct messages, tasks, files, calendars, public profiles, team discovery, and LidAI, an AI mentor feature that helps teams reason about their work.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining one account per person, keeping your login credentials secure, and promptly telling us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, including messages, tasks, files, teams, and LidAI prompts submitted from your workspace.

Acceptable Use

You may not use TeamOS to harass others, send spam, impersonate people or organizations, upload illegal or harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, scrape or abuse networking and messaging features, interfere with the service, or attempt to access accounts, teams, files, or systems without permission.

Plans And Pricing

TeamOS currently offers a Free plan for getting started and an Enterprise / Team plan for growing teams. Enterprise / Team pricing and terms are handled through a contact-us process and may depend on team needs, usage, integrations, support, and administrative requirements.

We may change plan limits, features, or pricing over time. If a change materially affects your paid access, we will provide notice as appropriate.

Your Content

You own the content you upload, create, or send through TeamOS, including profile details, team information, messages, tasks, files, calendar entries, and LidAI prompts.

You grant TeamOS a limited license to host, store, copy, display, transmit, and process your content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. This includes processing relevant content for LidAI and sending relevant prompts, team chat content, task data, and user-provided context to our AI provider to generate responses.

LidAI

LidAI responses are generated by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for business, hiring, fundraising, legal, financial, technical, or operational decisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for TeamOS or other users, or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion may remove or anonymize personal data, subject to backups, legal obligations, security needs, and records required to resolve disputes.

Early-Stage Service

TeamOS is an early-stage, beta, or pre-launch product. Features may change, break, be rate-limited, or be discontinued. We will try to keep the service useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of any feature, or error-free operation.

Disclaimers And Liability

TeamOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

Governing Law
